Yes. During your first year, you can operate from a small, shared office space so that you can focus on revenue generation without the overhead and long-term commitment of a traditional office space.

No. The initial franchise fees and risk management reserves are deferred for 12 months, and technology fees are waived for the first 3 months. This coupled with the fact you can start in a small, shared office space keeps the investment level as low as possible to help you get started.

While we encourage you to start with at least 1 employee, either a Recruiter or Sales Representative, this model is built to help a solo owner operator find success and grow into a traditional office.

This program was built for the seasoned staffing professional with experience in both sales and recruiting, running a full desk.

At the end of Year 1, you may choose to exit the program with no further obligation other than any outstanding receivables.
