Prior to a new franchise office opening, we provide three different preparation and learning programs to ensure you and your team feel completely prepared. The three steps of our initial training program include:

Step 1

Franchise Owner’s Launch Camp

This four-day intensive session at AtWork’s Knoxville, Tennessee, headquarters will familiarize you with the staffing industry and our business model. Here, you will take the first steps toward making your new business operational.
Step 2

AtWork’s Foundation Learning

Franchisees and their staff will attend a full week of learning at the corporate office in Knoxville. Sessions will include hearing from our top leaders, goals to be successful, recruiting best practices, sales effectiveness, how to protect your business, and much more.
Step 3

Field Implementation Week at Your Office

This is a one-on-one week with your dedicated field operations representative on-site at your new location. You will review more in-depth sales and recruiting techniques and put in place administrative operations that will help your business run smoothly.
AtWork also provides continued in-person, virtual, and self-directed learning and development opportunities. We also host annual conventions and regional meetings to support your continued growth and success.

Ongoing Accounting and Field Operations Support

Each AtWork branch is assigned a personal field operations executive to provide professional coaching as you grow your business. This includes meeting annually in person with you and your team, finding unique training opportunities that address your needs on an ongoing basis, and consulting on sales, recruiting, and marketing strategies.

Our accounting team also handles your payroll processing, client payment processing, garnishment management, tax filing, payments, and more. This frees up your time and limits staffing needs so you can focus on sales and growth.
