Formed in 1986 in Knoxville, Tennessee, by John Hall, AtWork first began franchising in 1992. Starting with 11 offices in East Tennessee, Hall soon realized how easy his franchise model was to expand. We now have over 90 offices across the nation, grown from his initial business. 

Over the past 30 years, we have expanded our corporate team, perfected our business model, and built robust training and support services. These efforts fulfill our mission by helping franchisees open their businesses and work toward goals more efficiently.

Robust Pre-Opening Training

AtWork pairs deep staffing and franchising knowledge with compassionate, people-focused service. After signing a new franchise agreement, you will gain industry-leading franchise training and support to get your office up and running in about 90 days.

You will never feel alone leading up to the launch of your new business. Our team will prepare yours with an intensive two-day owner’s launch camp, a week of staff training at our corporate headquarters, and a week of hands-on field training at your office.
