Medical Insurance

We partner with Essential StaffCare to provide team members with health benefits while they are working, as well as “Premium Forgiveness” between assignments.

We offer 8 hours of paid time off per approved holiday to all temporary staff who have worked 800 hours or more in the previous six months.

We offer 40 hours of paid vacation to all temporary staff who have worked 1,600 hours in the preceding year.

What documents or qualifications do I need to apply with your agency?

Do you work with people who have felonies and have been incarcerated?

Yes, we have placed many people who have felonies. We work with many different companies, and their requirements regarding felony convictions vary greatly based on the position. We work hard to find work for candidates with convictions, and some of our best employees have had felonies. We believe in offering second chances, while at the same time we respect the wishes of our client companies who have stricter guidelines.  If you have been incarcerated, then chances are that you were assigned a job. Include what your duties were, what you were responsible for, and what you were most proud of. Also, many people who are incarcerated join self-help groups to improve their skills or social interaction. Emphasize what you learned and use those to your advantage. We’re here to help!

This takes the time and financial risk off of you.
