AtWork offers 2 main types of PTO *Your assignment may not qualify for our PTO program based on your job assignment(s). City, County, and Government Contracts are not qualified job assignments. In addition, all “payroll referrals” do not qualify. Contact our AtWork Director of Operations to confirm your qualifications at 714-676-8982.
Holiday Pay

Qualify for a $50 Holiday Bonus (includes 6 major holidays)
effective after 6 months of employment and 1000 hours worked in the 6 months preceding the holiday date.

Bonus Paid Time Off: Qualify for 5 paid bonus days
once you work 1800 hours in one calendar year. *Associates are
required to submit a PTO request within 30 days of qualification
date. PTO is calculated on the anniversary date of your first date of assignment with ATWork Personnel Services, Emploi Group Inc.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP is a resource to assist you in managing personal issues that may be affecting your life through free, confidential counseling and referrals. Receive 3 free and confidential counseling sessions with a licensed therapist. Free Legal/Financial consultations are also available. 401(k) Savings Plan AtWork offers a 401(k) plan to help you simplify the process of saving and investing for retirement! Eligible after 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours worked.
