Medical and Dental Insurance

We partner with Essential StaffCare to provide team members with health benefits while they are working, as well as “Premium Forgiveness” between assignments.

We offer 8 hours of paid time off per approved holiday to all temporary staff who have worked 800 hours or more in the previous six months.

We offer 40 hours of paid vacation to all temporary staff who have worked 1,600 hours in the preceding year.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, John Anderson understands strong relationships are the foundation of any business. AtWork Personnel is no different. He has operated multi units of multiple franchise brands across several states. On top of that, John has also spent almost a decade as a franchise consultant advising others on growth strategies and new career paths with franchises. He started his first business in college and never looked back. He brings 38 years of relentless attention to customer happiness to AtWork.

As a consultant, John fell in love with the staffing model and its benefits to employers, job seekers and franchise owners alike. It was only a matter of time until he partnered with The AtWork Group and that time is now. Serving as Managing Partner of AtWork’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office, John has pivoted his expertise toward the staffing industry. With his experience and drive to deliver, John is passionate about relationships and helping employers increase productivity, efficiencies and profits by delivering flexible, high-quality staffing solutions. Melanie spent over 25 years working in mortgage banking working all the way up from an entry level doc clerk to running the wholesale lending operation of the largest privately held mortgage bank on the west coast. She retired as a partner and shareholder in the company and is now excited to bring her passion for developing people to Atwork in Tulsa. Melanie has many years of managing corporate relationships, staff and clients but most of all, she brings her “whatever it takes to deliver” approach.  She has high standards and will ensure the team delivers.
