AtWork also received accolades for talent satisfaction. AtWork earned a satisfaction score of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 80.6% of their placed job candidates, besting the industry’s average of 50%. The company received a Net Promoter® Score of 71% from their talent candidates, more than two times the industry’s average of 30% in 2023.
On average, clients of winning agencies are 60% more likely to be completely satisfied and candidates placed by winning agencies are 1.6 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.
