Leadership & Franchise Support Team
John D. Hall, Jr., Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and CEO, John oversees the overall functioning and growth of AtWork’s related brands.
“Since the first days of operations, my overall vision has been to create a franchise company that offers unprecedented operational support, but allows the local franchise to make ownership decisions without barriers from the corporate office. It’s my belief that it’s that philosophy that has been the foundation in the growth we have experienced to date.”

Jason has been with AtWork since 2007 and has proven himself a thorough leader in strategic and operational strategy within the staffing industry during this time. He was recently named, for the third year in a row, one of Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 which recognizes the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry. Jason has also worked closely with the American Staffing Association and Staffing Industry Analysts on a number of fronts. This includes extensive work on the staffing industry’s handling of the Affordable Care Act, creating the ASA’s Cost Recapture Tool, and serving as a panelist and presenter at several events, including the sold-out “Staffing Law Conference” and “Staffing World” in 2013 and 2014.
“With a continued focus on effective sales and recruiting activities, combined with operational excellence, we have become a leading staffing franchisor in the U.S. AtWork has consistently experienced double-digit growth year over year!”
