John D. Hall, Jr., Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and CEO, John oversees the overall functioning and growth of AtWork’s related brands.

Jason Leverant, President & Chief Operating Officer
Jason has been with AtWork since 2007 and has proven himself a thorough leader in strategic and operational strategy within the staffing industry during this time. He was recently named, for the third year in a row, one of Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 which recognizes the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry. Jason has also worked closely with the American Staffing Association and Staffing Industry Analysts on a number of fronts. This includes extensive work on the staffing industry’s handling of the Affordable Care Act, creating the ASA’s Cost Recapture Tool, and serving as a panelist and presenter at several events, including the sold-out “Staffing Law Conference” and “Staffing World” in 2013 and 2014.

Joseph Moore, Chief Financial Officer
Joe has been a part of the AtWork team since it began franchising in 1992. He has served as Chief Financial Officer since that time and provides direct assistance to AtWork franchise offices through accounts receivable financing and credit management advisement.
John D. Hall, III, Chief Administrative Officer
J.D. experience in the staffing industry dates back to the mid 1980s when his father began establishing multiple privately owned staffing service locations in the East Tennessee area.

Mike Baumgardner, Sr. Vice President, Operations
Mike graduated from Carson Newman college with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Mike advises on risk management items such as worker compensation, customer aging, and credit lines. He also works with owners to develop strategic growth plans, as well as, address operational issues.
Kim Baumgardner, Sr. Vice President, Administration/Controller
Since 1995, Kim has served an invaluable role in communications and computer support of AtWork’s state-of-the-art AS/400 computer system and disaster recovery processes, as well as innovative field tools such as AtWork’s biometric remote time clock. In addition to daily computer support and troubleshooting, Kim oversees ongoing system expansion, development, and functionality.
Eric Todd, Sr. Vice President, Finance
Eric graduated from UT of Knoxville with a degree in Economics. Eric works directly with our seasoned owners to help examine their sales profitability & growth plans. Eric is an avid sports fanatic. So, it’s no surprise that he coaches little league football. He has led his team to the championship 2 years in a row.
LaToya Williams, Vice President, Franchise Development
LaToya graduated from UT of Knoxville with a degree in English. LaToya works directly with sales managers and recruiters to get past gatekeepers, stay top of mind with customers, and, ultimately, win business. LaToya offers guidance on sales prospecting, recruiting strategies, client profitability, and internal staffing.
LaToya’s hobbies include zumba, sewing, and painting.
